Edamame Pods

High-protein snack where kids squeeze beans from pods — built-in entertainment while dinner finishes.
Ingredients
- • 8 ounces shelled edamame (frozen or refrigerated)
- • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
- • 2.5 teaspoons curry powder or seasoning blend
- • 0.25 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- 1 Quick-thaw frozen edamame in a bowl of water for a few minutes, then drain.
- 2 Pat dry on a lint-free towel. Toss with oil, seasonings and salt.
- 3 Air fry at 375F for about 10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
- 4 Serve immediately while hot and crisp.
