Blueberry Muffins

Baked in silicone moulds. Kids measure, stir, and place berries. Great for lunchboxes too.
Ingredients
- • 165 g Rolled Oats
- • 3 Medium Bananas
- • 2 Large Eggs
- • 240 ml Greek Yoghurt
- • 2 Tbsp Honey
- • ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
- • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- • 50 Blueberries
Instructions
- 1 Peel and chop your banana into thirds and load everything but the blueberries into the blender.
- 2 Blend until you have a creamy batter and there are no banana lumps.
- 3 Pour the muffin batter into your silicone cups and place in the air fryer.
- 4 Add about 4 blueberries into the batter so that they are submerged and then add another 3-4 on top.
- 5 Air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f and allow to cool before serving.
