Ingredients

  • 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
  • 2/3 cup apple pie filling with more fruit (from 21-oz can)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. 1 Remove 1 crust from pouch; unfold crust on large cutting board. Cut crust in quarters.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, mix apple pie filling and cinnamon. Divide apple mixture evenly in center of pie crust wedges (about 3 tablespoons each).
  3. 3 Fold crust in half over filling; press edges firmly with fork to seal. Prick tops with fork to vent. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sugar.
  4. 4 Set air fryer to 350°F; place two hand pies in air fryer basket, and cook 11 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest 5 minutes. Using spatula, carefully remove hand pies from air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining hand pies.
