Crispy Frozen Gyoza / Dumplings

Cook straight from the freezer. Bite-sized, dippable in mild soy-sesame sauce.

Ingredients

  • 14 frozen potstickers (gyoza or dumplings)

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 380°F.
  2. 2 Spray the basket with oil spray.
  3. 3 Add the frozen gyoza to the air fryer basket in an even single layer, without overcrowding.
  4. 4 Spray the potstickers with a spritz of oil spray to prevent them from becoming dry.
  5. 5 Air fry for 12 minutes at 380°F.
  6. 6 At the halfway mark, open and use tongs to carefully turn the gyoza. Spray again with oil. Continue cooking.
  7. 7 Check that gyoza are cooked to your liking. If needed, increase to 400°F and air fry for another 2 minutes.
  8. 8 Serve with a dipping sauce such as soy sauce with a splash of vinegar, sweet chili sauce, or ginger soy sauce.
