Ingredients
- • 1.25 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins
- • 2 large eggs, beaten
- • 1/2 cup all purpose flour (or white whole wheat)
- • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- 1 Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Clean and trim chicken if necessary
- 2 Set up your breading station. Place the flour on a plate. Add the beaten eggs to a shallow plate or dish. Then add the seasoned breadcrumbs, Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper to a plate. Mix with a fork. Add the beaten eggs to a shallow plate or dish.
- 3 Start by dipping one chicken tender into the flour, let excess fall off. Then dip into the egg, letting excess drip off. Finish in the breadcrumbs, making sure to coat the tender evenly on all sides. Repeat with the remaining tenders.
- 4 Spray the air fryer rack with cooking spray. Add the chicken tenders, leaving some space in between. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the tenders are golden brown and cooked through. Exact cooking time can vary based on thickness. Repeat cooking until all chicken is cooked.
