Ingredients
- • 1½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- • ½ cup salsa
- • 4 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
- • Cooking spray
Instructions
- 1 Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded Mexican cheese blend and salsa.
- 2 Spread the cheese and salsa mixture over half of each tortilla, then fold to create a half-moon shape.
- 3 Working in batches, place quesadillas in a single layer on a lightly greased tray. Spritz tops with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown and cheese has melted, 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 4 Cut into wedges and serve hot.
