Greek Chicken Patties

Ground chicken with herbs and feta, shaped as sliders. Familiar burger format with Mediterranean flavours.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 0.25 cup diced red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 0.25 cup sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup (loosely packed) baby spinach (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1 In a medium bowl, combine the ground chicken, red onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands. Divide the mixture evenly and form 4 large patties.
  2. 2 In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Cook the patties for approximately 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Alternatively, air fry at 370F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. 3 Enjoy the patties plain or assemble them into chicken burgers with your favorite toppings and condiments.
