Lamb Kofta Bites

Serves 4
Spiced ground lamb in small meatball form. Serve in mini pitta pockets with cucumber-yoghurt sauce. Warm spices not hot.
Ingredients
- • 500g ground minced lamb
- • 1 tsp coriander
- • 1 tsp mixed spice
- • 1 tsp chilli flakes
- • 1 tsp turmeric
- • 1 tsp cumin
- • 1 tsp mixed herbs
- • 0.5 tsp tandoori seasoning
Instructions
- 1 Load kofta ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with your hands.
- 2 Make into shapes of a thick sausage shaped kebab.
- 3 Place onto kebab skewers or directly into the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching. Cook for 8 minutes at 180C/360F.
- 4 Turn and cook for a further 8 minutes at the same temperature before serving.
- 5 Serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce or with flatbreads.
