Lamb Kofta Bites

Lamb Kofta Bites

Serves 4

Spiced ground lamb in small meatball form. Serve in mini pitta pockets with cucumber-yoghurt sauce. Warm spices not hot.

Ingredients

  • 500g ground minced lamb
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 0.5 tsp tandoori seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1 Load kofta ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with your hands.
  2. 2 Make into shapes of a thick sausage shaped kebab.
  3. 3 Place onto kebab skewers or directly into the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching. Cook for 8 minutes at 180C/360F.
  4. 4 Turn and cook for a further 8 minutes at the same temperature before serving.
  5. 5 Serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce or with flatbreads.
